He was predeceased by: his wife Gertrude Moczko; his parents, Viktor Moczko and Agnes Moczko; and his siblings, Barbara, Jerzy and Antek.
He is survived by: his children, Diane (John Cox) and Stan Moczko; and his grandchildren, Emily, Michael and Julie (Leo Vander Wouden). He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
