He is survived by: his children, Elena, Vitaly, Vlad, Svetlana and Evgeni; his grandchildren, Matti, Eliya, Sviatoslav, Diana and Arthur; and his sister Zainet. He is also survived by his mother and two surviving siblings.
A graveside service was held on Friday, September 6th 2024 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the St. James' Cemetery (320 Coldwater Rd W, Orillia, ON L3V3M1).
