She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Karen, Butch and Ray; her aunts and uncles, Karen, Kim (Todd), Tim (Cathy) and Ted (Kim); and her friend Rama First Nation.
She is survived by: her son Grey Ford-Menard; her parents, Kathleen Wabegijig and Robert Hoffman; her sisters, Shaelyn, Jessica and Rayne; her stepfather Doug Noganosh; and her grandparents, Robert (Linda) and Annmarie (Dave).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Go Fund Me campaign created to provide Grey with the life his mom dreamed for him.
