She was predeceased by: her parents, Archibald C. LaHay and Helen LaHay; her siblings, Marion Dupuis (John), Archie (Irene LaHay), Larry (Jane LaHay), William (Margaret LaHay) and Geraldine (William Winchester); and her close friends, Don Hanney and Joseph (Cathy LaHay).
She is survived by: her husband Alexander Gowanlock; her children, Gloria (Mark Matthias) of Orillia, Yvonne (Robert Burton) of New Liskeard and Stephen Gowanlock (Melissa) of Orillia; her grandchildren, Shelley (Dave Graham) of Orillia, Rena MacKinnon of Orillia, Mark Jr. Matthias (Kaitlyn Potts) of Orillia, Rachel Matthias of Orillia, Daniel Burton (Erika), New Liskeard, Michael Burton (Monique) of North Bay, Nichole (Eric Cummings) of New Liskeard, Daeden and Zoe Gowanlock of Orillia; her great grandchildren, Taylor, Kyla, Jade, Shelby, Autumn, Olivia, Leelynd, Skyler, Charlie, Henry, Octavia, Zaiah, Maximus and Gawain; her great great grandchildren, Onyx and Cara; her sister Linda Groves; and her close friends, Dorothy Morrow, Monty (Judy LaHay), Paul LaHay, Brenda (Bruce Livingston) and Raymond (April LaHay). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
