He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Frise and Marjorie Frise. He is survived by: his wife Kristina Frise; his sons, Richard (Beth) and Mark (Trudi); and his grandchildren, David, Charlie, James, Victoria and Rebecca. He is also survived by his family and friends.
