He was predeceased by: his parents, James "Jim" Fell and Phyllis Fell; and his brother Wayne Fell (Pat). He is survived by: his children, Carmen Gray (Morgan) of Dartmouth and Lana Ellis (Clarke) of Frankford; the parent of his children Jacquie Askett; his grandchildren, Annabelle, Tracy, Willa and Bo; his nephews, Mark Daley-Fell (Gurmiet) and Adam Daley-Fell; his children, Samantha and Alex; his sister Ann Cooper; his niece Tara Sky Leith (Ryan); and his children, Kailyn, Cameron, Kenzie and Taeden. He is also survived by his brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law.
