With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Nathan Joel Smit (Orillia, Ontario), who passed away on October 24, 2023. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his grandmother Margaret Smit; his siblings, Laura (Rick), Becky (Albert), Kevin (Ashley), Iain (Sherri), Kyle (James) and Kaitlyn; and his nieces and nephews, Kathryn and Adriaan Andall. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
During COVID, Nate refound his love for photography and shared serene photos of Toronto's city scenes.
