She was predeceased by: her husband Ross Wesley "Bud"; her son Daniel Lutes; and her siblings, Michael (Helen), John, Kenny, Shirley, Bernal (Anna), Marcella (Doug) and Lawrence.
She is survived by: her children, Barry Lutes (Colleen Mathews) of Calgary, Timothy Lutes of Barrie, Susan Mathieson (Bill) of Barrie, Janie Lee (Peter) of Ramara, Shelley Fisher (Greg) of Severn and Laurie Lutes of Barrie; and her brother Eugene McDonnell. She is also survived by her many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
