She was predeceased by: her son Bryan; her parents, Harry Cates and Doris Cates; and her brother Wayne Cates (Deborah). She is survived by: her children, Derrick, Lindsey (Paul) and Jenna (Mike); her grandchildren, Adam and Aidyn; her nephew Beau Cates; and her niece Colleen Cates.
