He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Julia; his children, Wayne Belter (Vala Monestime) of Mattawa and Valerie Orviss (John) of Collingwood; his grandchildren, Katya (Carmen Andreoli), Sasha and Misha (Micheline Hall); and his siblings, Bernard, Myrtle Miller, Ray, Ellard and Cora Monaghan.
