He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kuzyk and Catherine Kuzyk; and his brother Mark. He is survived by: his wife Christina Kuzyk; his stepchildren, Bruce Burke (Olga), Dennis Burke and Maureen McLaughlin (Ray); his grandchildren, Charlene and Gerald; and his siblings, Mary Malarskie, Ann Tehir, Sonia Sikmos, Erne Kuzyk, Florence Kuzyk, Anthony, Peter, Mike, Henry, Steve, Harry, Stella and Jean.
