He was predeceased by: his wife Helena O'Neill (Woods); his daughter Kathleen; his parents, Jane O'Neill and Michael O'Neill; and his siblings, Bernard (Rosie), Michael (Veronica), Daniel (Bridgit), Kathleen O'Kane (Patrick) and Peter (Mary-Ellen).
He is survived by: his children, Kevin (Christina) and Anne Bradt (Roy); and his grandchildren, Sean, Jamie, Nicholas and Shauna. He is also survived by his family and friends.
