He is survived by: his children, Debbie Flemming (late Ray Flemming), Dorothy Hansen (late David Hansen), Nancy Hazlett (Dieter Freimuth), Russel Hazlett, Shirley Nicks (late Terry Nudds), Kim Mortier (Michael Mortier), Rob Hazlett (Janet) and Lynn Hazlett (Robert Hopkins); his grandson Chris Hazlett (Stephany); his uncle Rob; and his sister Dorothy Moore. He is also survived by his many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great, great grandchildren.
