He was predeceased by: his father Robert Oxby; his daughter Samantha Oxby (Jake); and his brother Sean Oxby. He is survived by: his mother Charlotte Oxby; and his nieces, Amanda, Faith, Jessica, Chloe and Sophia. He is also survived by his family, and many friends.
