He was predeceased by: his sisters, Bonnie (Ken), Joann and Louise. He is survived by: his spouse Dale Moyer; his children, Sara, Mae (Jordon) and Richard; his grandchildren, Eric, Ian, Corey and Alexis; and his sibling Laurie. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
