He was predeceased by: his wife Irene Sisulak; his parents, Frank Sisulak and Brigitta Sisulak; and his siblings, Joseph (Delphine) and Anne Dzurus.
He is survived by: his close friend Anne Terry. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
