He was predeceased by: his mother Angela Folkes; and his grandparents, Barbara Tucker, Donald Herrington, Greg Tucker and Doreen Folkes (late Reginald).
He is survived by: his father Patrick Folkes; his significant other Cassandra Sawyer; his children, Cali, Tru and Kaden; his sisters, Amanda Folkes (Brady Buck) and Kathryn Folkes; and his niece Isabella. He is also survived by his family and friends.
