He is survived by: his wife Deborah Valiquette; his children, Amy (Kyle Roberts), Jason Valiquette (Natasha) and David Valiquette (Haley); his siblings, Garwood, Don (Mary), Pam (Gerry) and Rick (Lee); his parents-in-law, Marilyn and George MacLeod; his aunt Linda; his uncle Derrick Porter; his siblings-in-law, Darlene (James), Denise (Kevin), Donna (Kevin), Deneen (Pete), Deedee (Duane), Cindy (Bob) and David (Sherry); and his nephew Wilson.
