He was predeceased by: his spouse Shirley; and his brothers, Ralph (Ann), Neil (Norma) and Tom (Jean). He is survived by: his children, Michael (Melanie Starr), Julie Brown (Doug), Karen Won (Michael) and Kevin (Anita Montgomery); his grandchildren, Kendall, Devon, Matthew, Caroline (Jon), Austin (Marie-Ange), Emily (Matt), Natalie, Sarah, Peter and Nathaniel; his siblings, John (late Margaret), Sue Johnston (late John) and Linda Kidney (Paul); and his close friend Heidi Hutson.
