He was predeceased by: his spouse Shirley; his parents, Francis MacNeil and Michael MacNeil; and his brother Gerard "Gerry". He is survived by: his children, Michael MacNeil (Karen) and Terri Meier (Jim); his grandchildren, Taylor (Kelly), Brittany (Kevin), Tyler and Tim; and his sister-in-law Nancy.
