He was predeceased by: his wife Rosilyn Fisher (McMillan); and his father Irvine. He is survived by: his children, Darryl Fisher (Heather), Warren Fisher (Kimberley) and Carrie Harriss (Chris); his grandchildren, Danton (Hannah), Thea, Amelia, Breagh, Sariah, Corbin, Penelope, Maisie and Oscar; his mother Jean Fisher; and his siblings, Lloyd (Bev), Fraser (Catherine), Lisa (Frank) and Ron. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

In lieu of flowers donations in memory of Creole can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
