With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty Marguerite (Ashman) Scott (Orillia, Ontario), who passed away on September 17, 2023. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Murray Scott; her parents, George Ashman and Audrey Ashman; and her siblings, Beatrice, Irene, Lorne, Harvey, Clifford and Lloyd.
She is survived by: her children, Cathy MacDonald, Allan Scott (Marsha) and Bradley Scott (Susan); her grandchildren, Jeff MacDonald (Kristin), Kaitlyn Scribner (Tim), Justin MacDonald (Jamieson), Ryley Scott (Caroline), Cody Scott, Karlee Scott (Neil) and Kole Scott; her great grandchildren, Melissa MacDonald and Wilhelmina MacDonald; and her sisters-in-law, Norma Leigh, Vera Ashman and Verna Ashman. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
