With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty Jean Wilde (Orillia, Ontario), who passed away on February 13, 2025 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Betty Jean may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.

She was predeceased by: her husband Jim Wilde; and her parents, John Bell and Bessie Hawkins. She is survived by: her children, Michael (Laura) of Mississauga and Susan (Mike) of Aurora; and her grandsons, Adam, Len Wilde, Max, Josh and Sam Lombard.

In Betty's memory, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the charity of your choice.
