He is survived by: his wife Diane; his sons, Robert and Andrew (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Seth, Luke and Lily; his siblings, Susan Tickner of England and Maxwell (Hillary) of England; his stepdaughter Michelle Green; his daughter-in-law Monique Green; his stepgrandchildren, Brenden and Sadie; his cousins, Carole and Ian; and his friends, Sue Cook, Tom Davidson, Don and Sharon Penrose.
