She was predeceased by: her husband Glen Sawyer; and her brothers, Peter Limbeek (Lois Limbeek Wismer) and John Limbeek (late Eleanor Limbeek). She is survived by: her daughters, Annemarie Sawyer of Vancouver and Glenna Sawyer of Orangeville; her grandchildren, Laura Windmoller (Kyle Windmoller), Kyle Barratt, Liam Barratt and Jack Windmoller; and her sister Pauline Ewards (Jim Edwards). She is also survived by her family and friends.

A dedication service was held on Sunday, September 8th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Dods & McNair Memorial. Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 5th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Dods & McNair Funeral Home, Chapel & Reception Centre (21 First St, Orangeville, ON L9W2C8).
