She was predeceased by: her spouse Gerry Hoare; and her siblings, Paddy, Sean, Sheila and Pauline.
She is survived by: her children, Valerie Borden (Ken), Gearoid (Miriam), Raymond (Lesley) and Kieron (Lorraine); her grandchildren, Ciara (Neil), Sean (Vicky), Lawrence (Silken), Michael, Mark (Zoe), Darragh (Robyn), David, Rosanna, Rachel and Catherine; her great grandchildren, Evelyn, Oliver, Nathan, Connor and Myles; and her sisters, Marie Carolan and Sadie O'Brien. She is also survived by nieces, nephews other relatives and many friends.
