Ross Andrews lit a candle

“A note to Roger! We spent my happy times together. Your love of adventure, your willingness to always jump in and help out, your tireless attempts to engage me in intelligent conversation (unfortunately fell on deaf ears), your willingness to adapt to almost any situation, your love of plants and knowledge of how to make them flourish, your friendly humor I'll remember you for all of these things. We shared motor trips, sailing adventures, and many humorous conversations. I will miss you.”

“Sadly disturbed to hear of Roger's passing. He was always a solid rock of professionalism and someone I always looked up to as a colleague all our years together at Thistletown Collegiate. Rog was always a fun guy with a sardonic wit and a sly smile on his face which usually forecast some mischief in the hallways which the kids loved ....but not so much the Administration as the back gallery was always chuckling in staff meetings. It was an honour to have known him.(Doug Wighton)”
