The memory of Josephina Smits (Orangeville, Ontario), who passed away on February 4, 2025 at the age of 89, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her siblings, Bertha, Annie, Wim, Dinnie and Theo.
She is survived by: her spouse Cornelis Smits For; her children, Albert (Laurie), Peter (Wendy) and Astrid (James McKeown); her grandchildren, Matthew, Colin, Dawson, Hogan, Shayla, Adam and Sean; her great grandchildren, Koda, Ali-Grace and Taya-Joy; her niece Willie (Richard); and her nephews, Jerry (JoanE) and Wim (Harriet).
Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Dods & McNair Reception Centre (21 First St, Orangeville, ON L9W2C8). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial donations to the Headwaters Hospital Foundation or the Alzheimers Society of Dufferin County would be appreciated by the family.
