With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Doreen Schauerman (Orangeville, Ontario), who passed away on February 19, 2025 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Samuel Schauerman; her son Wayne Schauerman; her grandchildren, Stacey Metcalfe (Tony), Ryan Staley (Violet), Robert Schauerman (Bianca) and Krista Metcalfe (Jordan); and her great grandchildren, Brianna, Renee, Adam, Savanna, Olivia, Ivin, Mia and Myles.
She is survived by: her daughter Sharon Staley (Clayton). She is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Dods & McNair Funeral Home, Chapel & Reception Centre (21 First St, Orangeville, ON L9W2C8). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A reception will be held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:30 PM at the same location.
Memorial donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
