With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Colin McAllister (Orangeville, Ontario), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Colin left this world on March 14, 2025 at the age of 85, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Mary McAllister; his son Colin Jr.; and his siblings, Alex, Mary, James and Sadie.
He is survived by: his daughter Margaret LaRocca (Guy); his grandchildren, Crystal (Murray), Christopher (Becky), Megan (Dennis), Vanda (Mike) and Stephanie; his great grandchildren, Emily, Liam, Wolfe, Brody, Austin, Rosy, Carter, Emilia and Logan; and his great great grandchild Octavia. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, March 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Dods & McNair Funeral Home, Chapel & Reception Centre (21 First St, Orangeville, ON L9W2C8). A funeral service will be held on Monday, March 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A reception will be held on Monday, March 24th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial donations to the Alzheimer's Society would be appreciated by the family.
