He is survived by: his parents, Jennifer Chislett (Dave) and Ed Brooks (Victoria); his sibling Ethan; his grandparents, Alan Brooks and Dave Chislett; and his uncle North Rides. He is also survived by his cousins, aunts.
Memorial donations in lieu of flowers to Cystic Fibrosis Canada would be appreciated by the family.
