He was loved and cherished by many people including: his daughter Stephanie Stevens; his mother Karen; his siblings, John (Susan) and Sharon Carter; his nieces and nephews, Adam (Natasha), Brandon (Nicole), Brittany, Priscilla and Spenser; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Julianne, Lauralee, Noah, Hailey and Everett. He was also cherished by other relatives and many friends.
