He was predeceased by: his child Jamie; his parents, Joe Klapak and Anna Klapak; and his father-in-law Keith Racher. He is survived by: his spouse Donna; his children, Jackie, Julie and John; his grandchildren, Cambelle, Cooper, Kash and Hadley; his siblings, Anne Burgess (Fraser), Marg Dingwall (Ken), Mike Klapak, Andy Klapak (Joanne), Steve Klapak (Anita) and Stan Klapak (Margaret); and his sibling-in-law Doreen Klapak.
