He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Mitchell Sandy, Geraldine Sandy and Glen Maracle; and his uncles, Paul, Cam, Doe, Chubb and Punk.
He is survived by: his son Daylan Sandy; his parents, Brenda Sandy and Johnson Sandy; his siblings, John (Crystal), Craig (Jen), Mike, Tanisha and Nikkia; his grandmother Eleanor Staats; his nephews, Kaysha, Kylee, Kayleion, Kion, Mazie, Ascension and Brantley; and his uncle Day.
