He was predeceased by: his wife Donna; his siblings, Hugh Bennett and Marilyn Lyons (late Bruce); and his parents, Cecil Bennett and Eleanor Bennett.

He is survived by: his sister Barbara Haggerty (late Ned). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
