He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Merkley; his children, Edward (Tanya), Thelma, Tracy (David) and James (Cora-Lee); his grandchildren, Samantha, Jordan, Skylar, Kyle, Sheldon, Alexaise (Wayne), Crystal, Stephanie (James), Ashley, Kathleen and Kaitlyn (Chris); and his sisters, Barbara Brown (Bob) and Dorothy Sagriff (Don). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
