He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Dorothy; his pet Daisy; his parents, George Sagriff and Helen Sagriff; his brother Chuck Sagriff; and his siblings-in-law, Barbara Brown (Bob), Phyllis Leveque (late Alf), Muriel Truscott (late Vick), Thelma Simmons (late Ray), Harold Merkley (Bonnie), Helen Merkley, Audrey Stone (late Don) and Howard Merkley. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews, and cousins.
