He was predeceased by: his grandson Mitchell Johnson; his parents, Gordon and Eva; and his brother-in-law John Peacock (Gay). He is survived by: his wife Carole; his children, Lorie Hogan (Donald), Alex Johnson and Barbara Johnson; his grandchildren, Eva Hogan, Em Johnson and Madison Johnson; his brother Bryan Johnson (late Anna); and his sister-in-law Patricia Peacock (Cliff Wimbush).

Because of Don's love of Christmas and dressing up like Santa, memorial donations to the Bath Lions Club for their Christmas campaign would be appreciated by the family.
