He was predeceased by: his son Mathew; and his parents, Ron and Thelma "Joan". He is survived by: his sons, Jeremiah (Christa) and Zachariah; his grandchildren, Elizabeth, Aiden and Ava; and his siblings, Shelley, Deborah, Julie and Barbara. He is also survived by his close friends and family.
