He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Anne; and his son William Jefferey (Bill). He is survived by: his children, Beverley and Bradley (Karen); his grandchildren, Christopher, Timothy, Chloe (Beverley), Julia and Owen (Bradley); and his sisters, Joanne (Smith) and Mary (Arquette). He is also survived by many friends and family.
