He was predeceased by: his parents, Sarah Duncan and John Duncan; his wife Dagmar Duncan; and his brothers, Alexander and Jack.

He is survived by: his siblings, Jean, Elizabeth and Joe; his children, Herman (Roberta), Marion (Tim) and Andrea (Mohsan); and his grandchildren, Max, Toby, Sabina, Alexandrea and Ava.

A funeral service will be held on Monday, April 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Knox Presbyterian Church (89 Dunn St, Oakville, ON L6J3C8).
