He was predeceased by: his father Roy William Smith. He is survived by: his wife Natalie; his children, Zachary, Cody, Jaime and Nausheen; his grandchildren, Noah and Akiles; his mother Pamela; and his siblings, Paul, Craig, Cheryl and Leaving.

However, his courage, strength and unshakable work ethic will endure as an example that all would do well to follow. Due to pandemic protocols and building capacity limits, both the visitation and the service are open only to those who sign up to attend.

Donations in his name to the Canadian Cancer Society (directed to pancreatic cancer research) or Sick Kids Hospital would be welcomed and appreciated.
