He was predeceased by: his siblings, Renato and Rita. He is survived by: his wife Susan; his children, Patricia (Jay), Alex (Jennifer) and Christy (Arnold); his grandchildren, Emma, Megan, Logan, Lucas, Matthew, Joshua and Zachary; his brother Domenic (Edda); and his brothers-in-law, George, Steve and Frank (Anita).

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Walter to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Canada, would be appreciated by the family.
