He is survived by: his spouse Concordia Jose Santiago; his children, Mario (Maribel), Jose (Genoveva), Arlene (Arthur), Noli (Melina) and Esperanza (Mike); his grandchildren, Matthew (Maria), Michael, Melody, Marc, Arielle (Sean), Ian, Alyssa-Robyn (Tim), Tiffany and Rae; his great grandchildren, Isabella and Eldest; and his siblings, Job, Ely and Flor.

Respecting the current situation and pandemic building restrictions, a Service will be held for invited guests only.
