She was predeceased by: her siblings, Poitr and Maria; and also Yola. She is survived by: her husband Antoni Ostafin; her sister Jadwiga; her children, Zofia (Scot), Mark (Krista), Emil (Lezlie) and Stephen; her grandchildren, Cassandra, Kristen, Sam, Ethan, Skylar, Evan, Sadie and Eduard; and her nieces and nephews, Leszek, Mirek, Barb (John), Marilyn (Joseph), John (Adelle), Ela (Richard) and Lukasz (Anna).
Due to COVID protocols attendance at the visitation is by appointment.
