It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sophia Hondzio (Oakville, Ontario), who passed away on March 22, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her spouse Wasyl; her children, Mary Hondzio-Chong (Kam) and Gene (Julie); her grandchildren, Kevin (Fiona), Kyle (Karleigh) and Sophie; and her great grandchildren, Kenneth and Keith.
In lieu of flowers donations in Memory of Sophia Hondzio can be made to the Ukrainian Canadian Care Center or St. Joseph's Ukrainian Catholic Church Oakville.
