He was predeceased by: his brothers, Marino and Marco. He is survived by: his wife Maria; his daughters, Teresa (Carmen), Nicolina (Vito), Marisa (Edward) and Sandra (Randy); his grandchildren, Pat, Steve (Angela), Marie (Marco), Michael (Nina), Christopher (Liliana), Laura (Denny), Alexandra (Pedro), Samantha (Justin), Matthew and Francesca; his siblings, Villa, Chiarina and Domenica (Mario); and his sister-in-law Franca. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
Given Sam's struggle with cancer, his family requests donations be made to the Canadian Cancer Society in lieu of flowers.Due to Covid-19, only 30 people will be allowed inside the funeral home at any given time and masks are required.
