It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Osyp Mushka of Oakville, Ontario, who passed away on May 4, 2022, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Olya Mushka (Diachun). He is survived by: his children, Roman (Myrosia) and Christine (Keith); and his grandchildren, Matthew, Alexandra and Andriana. He is also survived by friends and family.

At the family's request, all those attending must wear a mask.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Order of Saint Andrew, Long Branch Chapter.
