In loving memory of Norman Young (Oakville, Ontario), who departed this world on August 27, 2024 at the age of 88. Norman leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the vast expanse of eternity, Norman shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Norman farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.

He was predeceased by: his wife Marilyn. He is survived by: his son Tobin (Pamela); and his sister Carolyn Allin (Bud).

As her health declined, Norman became her Primary Caregiver, and this became a fulltime effort of devotion during the pandemic.

In lieu of flowers, a donation to the Bruce Trail Conservancy or the Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital Foundation – Palliative Care Unit would be welcomed.
