He was predeceased by: his brother David. He is survived by: his wife Ann; his children, Tim, Jeremy and Penny; his sister Jen; his daughters-in-law, Dayna and Paola; his grandchildren, Dan, Chris, Brendan of Kate, JT, Magda and Catu; his nieces, Jane and Samantha; his nephew Nicola; and also Sue (David).
